Trouble Starting Vehicles with BP Unleaded Gas

BP Recalls 2.1 Million Gallons of Unleaded Gas

The “Region” has been hit with “bad gas”. That means gas stations that supply unleaded gasoline and get their supply of fuel from BP, you can be sure they got a shipment of this “bad gas”.

People have complained that they have trouble starting vehicles with BP unleaded gas. This has also caused damaged to most vehicles, damages that can range anywhere from $300 to $1200. If this happens, BP urges you to make a “gas claim” as soon as possible.

So don’t worry, BP has claimed that they will “make right” by this situation by reimbursing those who had to pay for any damages out-of-pocket. They set up a HOTLINE in which you can call and make a “gas claim” (if you’re lucky to get through) at 1-800-333-3991. You can also email them to make a “gas claim” at

Exactly what is wrong with BP’s Unleaded Gas?

BP said that the regular grade gasoline was blended at the Whiting, IN refinery in its storage terminal and it contained a “higher than normal level of polymeric residue.” That fuel was then sent out to the “Region”. Well, for now, that’s all they’re saying. But I’m sure, in the next 24 hours, somebody from BP will make a statement (if they haven’t already by the time this article is published). Hopefully, they can explain better about what happened. Now that I think about it, that’s all they’re going to say.

Bad gas whatever, remember that BP oil pipe leak that happened not to long ago?

Personally, I’ve boycotted BP. I will not buy gas willingly from a BP supplier, if I can help it.

This is a sign people. That BP oil leak is still affecting us – today. The Exxon oil spill is still affecting us (and by the way, still unpaid for) – today!
It starts here in Whiting, IN, but then where? There are 15 other BP refineries throughout the world that are part or wholly owned. How are they being run? Are they expecting a batch of “bad gas”?

Hey, I for one, understand, “Shit Happens”…but come on already! That BP oil pipe leak happened nearly two years ago. You guys aren’t suppose to fuck up for another nine or ten years.

That BP oil pipe leak killed a lot of shit; did a lot of damage. The White House gave BP a $69 million damage bill when millions of gallons of crude oil leaked into the Gulf of Mexico. Has BP made up for that yet? I’m not really sure, but I’m guessing that they HAVE NOT – I’d love to be proven wrong, but still, these are just a few of the problems with BP.

Nigeria ExxonMobil Oil Spill

Nigerian Fishermen are Affected

On Tuesday, ExxonMobil’s Nigeria unit said that they are helping a clean up from an oil spill. It seems, that near an Exxon facility that’s off the West African country’s southeast coast, an oil spill has been discovered near Ibeno in Akwa Ibom state. Not exactly sure who ExxonMobil sent to investigate the source of the oil leak, but they came up with nothing.

This oil leak has affected quite a few fishing communities & they are blaming ExxonMobil for the this oil spill. This mysterious oil spill has cut off their livelihood.

Company spokesman Nigel Cookey-Gam has said that ExxonMobil will assist in the clean-up and is cooperating with local authorities. It has confirmed that samples have been taken and they are now in the process of “fingerprinting”.

Cookey-Gam assures the public that “ExxonMobil remains committed to ensuring that the health and environment of our neighboring communities are protected.”

Oil spills are common

The world needs to know that Africa’s top energy producer deals with oil spills every year. Oil spills are common & this has drastically affected the coastlines, especially the Niger Delta. The Niger Delta is a very fragile wetland environment that is just coated in crude oil and if something isn’t done soon, the Niger Delta will be destroyed – forever.

The problem is that there is nobody out there to enforce anything. Pirates and armed oil thieves hack into oil pipes to steal the crude oil, where eventually thousands, upon thousands of gallons of crude oil are leaked out. Some of these criminals will even go as far as to blowing up an oil pipeline, where it could spill up to a million gallons of oil.

The country of Nigeria has reported that a fifth of their output is stolen and/or wasted  because of these problems with ExxonMobil.

Pigs & Police

Inmates pull Prank in Vermont

Who’s going to get the last laugh?

There’s a “hidden pig” in the crest on the squad cars of the Vermont State Police. Can you find it? No…read on then.

Inmates at a Vermont correctional facility pulled a prank that has the whole country “chuckling” under their breath. It seems that inmates were in charge of the creation and design of the crest that is to be laminated to the sides of Vermont state police cars. Yeah, that’s right.Trying to cut back on a few bucks, the state of Vermont voted on NOT to have a professional designer help with the creation of their new crest, decided instead to have inmates that had some “artistic and or creative” skills to help with the design of the crest. It’s now biting them in the behind. Days or even weeks later the flaw was discovered, sparking a nationwide “chuckle fest” at the expense of the state of Vermont.

“It seems this whole ordeal is going to cost us double. Pay to have the old crest removed and then to have the new crest put in its place.”~VERMONT RESIDENT~

Vermont authorities said that they don’t understand how it got by the final  inspection. You really have to look to spot the pig. In fact, if it wasn’t for loose lips within the inmates, there’s no telling how long this prank would have gone on for. Somebody is going to have for these damages, because this is an act of vandalism. Unfortunately, the residents of Vermont are going to have to pay for it financially. This whole thing could add up to $2000…ouch.
